The INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DAYS are the career event of the International University of Monaco, an exclusive opportunity for our students to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees.

The IUM International Business Days 2021, on 23rd, 24th & 25th of March will gather around more than 60 companies and 500 international students and alumni (75+ nationalities, extremely diversified profiles).

This year the International University of Monaco, part of the education group Inseec U, and ESCE Business school, which belongs to the group Inseec U as well, joined forces to offer a program covering multiple locations and international opportunities.

The 2021 event is organized around ZOOM webinars of 45 minutes during when company executives and recruiters share their visions on job trends and skills in demand as well as internship or job opportunities.

These 3 days enable our students to better understand skills in demand and recruitment processes in the most competitive industries and companies, and enable international companies to meet and interact with young talented IUM students and alumni. Topics developed during the both days fit with the IUM specializations: International Management, Banking and Finance, Luxury Goods and Services, Sports and Entertainment.


The global theme brings together human resources managers and top executives of international companies to discuss human challenges of companies, talent acquisition strategies and specific job markets trends in the main fields:

  • Luxury Hospitality, Lifestyle & Yachting
  • Marketing, Communication, Media and Events
  • Sport Businesses


An immersion into the Monaco economy and the specificities of its job market. This theme reviews the legal constraints, visa and work permits for job seekers as well as the processes to set up a business in the Principality.


These workshops are specifically designed to support the internship/ job search efforts of students and alumni.

when operational managers and HR managers present their company and their opportunities for fresh graduates

Speed Biz-Dating Sessions

when pre-selected students have 10 min to present themselves and convince company representatives on their motivation and interest in the company

Career workshops

that describe career paths and /or concretely help students in their internship or job search strategies
