Christina Gkampitsaki PhD, is an Assistant Professor at the International University of Monaco, specialising in Company Law, Corporate Governance, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Medical Law, and Bioethics. Her research examines the legal and ethical dimensions of corporate activity, with a particular focus on governance, accountability, sustainability, and responsible business practice. She is especially interested in how regulatory frameworks shape corporate behaviour and how law can promote ethical decision-making within both commercial and healthcare contexts.
Working within a business school environment, her scholarship adopts an interdisciplinary perspective, connecting rigorous legal analysis with broader debates in management, policy, and organisational practice. In her teaching, she combines a strong doctrinal foundation in corporate and medical law with a commitment to fostering critical thinking about the social responsibilities of business and the ethical implications of governance and leadership.
