About the Monaco Grand Prix
The Monaco Grand Prix is one of the most iconic and eagerly anticipated races on the Formula 1 calendar. The first race was held in 1929, with its official inclusion in the Formula 1 World Championship beginning in 1950. Since 1955, it has been a consistent and unmissable feature of the season.
Known for its narrow streets, tight corners, and demanding layout, the Monaco circuit presents a challenge unlike any other in the championship. With breathtaking views of the harbour and yachts lining the port, the event attracts motorsport enthusiasts and celebrities alike. The race weekend transforms the Principality, with Formula 1 cars roaring through the winding streets of Monaco — a rare and spectacular sight.
