Research interests
Giovanni Baldi holds a Ph.D. in Tourism Marketing from the University of Salerno (Italy). He has professional experience as a marketing manager in a Swiss IT company, digital marketing consultant, hospitality entrepreneur, and member of a municipal tourism committee in Italy. His current research focuses on tourism marketing, customer engagement, and fandom communities.
