Orientation Week 2020

Differently, but by no means worse!

During the orientation week, IUM welcomed 2/3 of its new students on campus and 1/3 online.

The ones on campus had the opportunity to meet in person with their program directors and their peers. To avoid contacts, videos were made to present key staff members and services to the new students.

For the students who could not join IUM this Fall, online sessions were organized to be part of the community despite the distance.

Teaching at IUM will be partially moving online from Autumn 2020. The campus is open, but hybrid learning occurs, with face-to-face classes and digital lectures and seminars allowing social distancing guidelines to be followed.

I am glad that so many students want to pursue a higher education. We are in many ways having special conditions due to the coronavirus. But more students have applied to university programs and this is good news that this particular situation can be transformed into a positive opportunity!

Jean-Philippe Muller

General Director and Dean of IUM

Students also discovered and enjoyed the French Riviera’s wonders before starting a new busy, and enriching academic year at IUM!

COVID-19 pandemic drives record in student intake

This Fall 2020 Intake will remain in memory as the year of exceptional sanitary measures. But not only!

IUM is very proud to welcome 43 new MSc in Finance students and 28 MBAs!

I am very excited to begin my studies at IUM. After completing my undergraduate degree in Finance in Australia, I began working for the National Australia Bank as a Private Client Associate. I learned a lot while working for the Bank and decided I want to broaden my experience overseas and sharpen my skills to be more specialized in the field – that is why I have chosen to pursue my studies through a Masters in Finance at IUM.

Nicole Ružić

MSc in Finance 2022

These results represent a good omen for the visit of the AACSB accreditation this Fall!
