Research interests
Artyom Yepremyan is an Assistant Professor in the Management and Strategy Department at the International University of Monaco. His research interests lie at the intersection of strategy and entrepreneurship, with a particular focus on the impact of Artificial Intelligence. He investigates how firms and individuals adapt to AI, exploring the interplay between human experience and AI’s predictive accuracy, how humans and AI differ in their perceptions of ethical practices, and how AI adoption influences recruitment strategies. His work also extends to broader questions concerning the role of race and status in entrepreneurial intentions and the future of work in an AI-driven labor market.
