The program is structured over two semesters. In the first semester, all students follow a core curriculum covering fundamental management principles, international business strategy, cross-cultural management, global marketing, finance, and entrepreneurship. In the second semester, students choose between two specialization tracks:

Program Overview

First Semester – Core Curriculum


In the first semester, all MSc in International Management students follow a common set of core courses designed to build a solid foundation in international business and management.

The curriculum focuses on:

  • Fundamental Management Principles– covering strategy, organizational behavior, and leadership skills.
  • International Business Environment – understanding global markets, trade, and economic dynamics.
  • Quantitative and Analytical Tools – finance, accounting, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Entrepreneurship & Innovation – introducing students to new business models and entrepreneurial thinking.

This semester ensures that all students acquire the essential knowledge and competencies required to excel in the specialized tracks of the second semester.

Second Semester – 2 Specializations

In the second semester, students can choose between two specialization tracks tailored to their career aspirations:

  1. Project Management & New Business Models

    This track provides an in-depth managerial approach to project management and innovation. Courses include Risk Management, International Trade, Operations and Supply Chain Management, Business Model Innovation, Project Management, and an Applied Project. Students are also prepared for the Project Management Institute (PMI) certification. Entrepreneurship remains at the heart of this specialization.

  1. Sustainable Strategies & Business Transformation

    This track focuses on sustainable business practices and transformation strategies. Courses include Sustainable Business Strategy, Carbon Accounting and Footprint Analysis, Sustainability Regulation and Governance, Circular Economy & Responsible Supply Chain, and an Applied Business Project. It is designed for students motivated by sustainability and business transformation, offering a managerial perspective on ecological and social challenges.
