Research interests

Annalisa Tarquini is an assistant professor and the Director of the MSc in Luxury Management at the International University of Monaco. Annalisa has vast managerial and academic experience in Human Resources, Luxury Fashion, and Yachting. She is developing several research projects on UHNWI’s customer experience, and she organized several professional conferences focused on this specific Luxury target client. Since 2014, Annalisa is also the Director of Mark Challenge, an international business pitching competition open to business initiatives related to luxury products and services, that connects students, alumni, academics, professionals, and business leaders all over the world. Before joining IUM, Annalisa worked for more than a decade as Human Resource Manager in thehat connects students, alumni, academic professionals, and business leaders from all over the world. luxury industry, advising companies, such as Fendi part of the LVMH group, and successfully managing the recruitment processes such as Corporate Headquarters, the Plant, the European Offices and Retail Network.
