Research interests
I’m a specialist in strategic human resource management, organizational change, and corporate social responsibility with 12 years of experience. My expertise is in the interface of recruitment-selection, inclusion-diversity strategies, and the design of responsible management initiatives. I possess superb team management skills in complex project management, abilities for advanced organizational analysis, and an exceptional capacity for abstract thinking to diagnose/propose solutions. I want to apply my knowledge to create better social value within companies. I’m renowned for having outstanding adaptation skills, a talent for teambuilding and workplace collaboration, and finding adhoc improvements for intricate organizational problems.
