Research interests

Sina’s research focuses on Constructive Intercultural Management and the creative resources immigrants bring as bicultural or multicultural individuals, both as employees and entrepreneurs. Her work explores problem-solving strategies, diverse perspectives, and the management of these skills through organizational development and change management. She also engages with the Theory of Science, examining social science paradigms and reflexive research processes as well as grounded theory, in its various interpretations.
