Research interests
Dr. DEPERI holds a PhD in Economics and a PhD in Business Admistration (Double Diploma) with a strong focus on corporate strategy and quantitative analysis. Specializing in mergers and acquisitions (M&A), she leverages advanced predictive models and datadriven methodologies to assess firms’ acquisition behavior in the digital economy. With a deep understanding of data collection, data analysis and econometrics, Dr. DEPERI applies quantitative techniques to identify the determinants leading firm to acquire and forecast post-merger performance. She also has contributed to advising firms’ high-profile deals, combining analytical expertise with strategic insights to drive value creation in corporate transactions.
