THE IUM CAREER EVENTS
At the International University of Monaco, we offer a variety of exclusive career events designed to connect students with industry leaders. From networking sessions and company presentations to career workshops and one-on-one meetings, these events provide invaluable opportunities to explore career prospects, gain insights into competitive industries, and build meaningful professional connections.
About the Career Week
The IUM Career Week 2026, held between March 30 and April 2, will bring together approximately over 80 companies and 1000+ students and alumni from over 80 nationalities, showcasing a highly diverse range of profiles.
The overarching theme for the 2026 IUM event is “Shape your future starting today.” During this week, our students will gain insights into the skills in demand, reality of the jobs and the recruitment processes within the most competitive industries and companies.
This event also provides international companies with the opportunity to meet and engage with young, talented IUM students and alumni.
The topics covered during these days align with IUM’s specializations: International Management, Banking and Finance, Luxury Goods and Services, Sports and Entertainment, Digital and Sustainability.

Career Week 2026 Program
Students will have the opportunity to tailor their experience by choosing from 4-5 parallel sessions in key areas such as Finance, Luxury, Sport Business, International Business, Monaco Brands, and a variety of Workshops. This is a fantastic chance for students to design a program that best suits their interests and career aspirations. This is a opportunity for students to connect with top companies, enhance their professional skills, and immerse themselves in a dynamic, interactive environment designed to boost their careers.
Branding and Selling Your Profile
These workshops are specifically designed to support the internship/ job search efforts of students and alumni.

Recruiters and top managers discuss industry trends and talent recruitment challenges.
Company Presentations
Operational and HR managers present their companies and opportunities for fresh graduates.

Speed Biz-Dating Sessions
Pre-selected students have 10 minutes to present themselves and convince company representatives of their motivation and interest.

How to register ?
To register and attend presentations and Speed Biz Dating sessions, follow these steps:
Eligibility: IUM Bachelors, IUM Masters, IUM MBAs, and IUM Alumni are eligible to attend these sessions.
Registration Invitation: You will receive an invitation and a link to register for various activities on the IUM Alumni platform from Wednesday March 18th
.
Individual Meeting with Company Representative: To be invited to an individual meeting (“Speed Biz Dating session”), submit your CV to the dedicated files in Career Center area (2nd Floor next to the reception) by Friday March 20th 4pm.
Speed Biz Dating Sessions Schedule: The list and slots for Speed Biz Dating Sessions will be posted in front of the IUM Reception by Friday March 27th.

DISCOVERING MONACO OPPORTUNITIES
An immersion into the Monaco economy and the specificities of its job market. This theme reviews the legal constraints, visa and work permits for job seekers, as well as the processes to set up a business in the Principality.
