Research interests
Adeline Abou-Ali is Assistant Professor in the Strategy & Management Department at the International University of Monaco. She holds a PhD in Strategic Management from the University of Barcelona Business School and previously worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at the Department of Management, Economics and Industrial Engineering at Politecnico di Milano.
Her research focuses on business model innovation, performance feedback, and entrepreneurship, with particular interest in how organizations adapt their strategic models in dynamic and innovation-driven environments. She has been involved in several European research initiatives aimed at fostering entrepreneurship and innovation in higher education and industry.
