There is more than one reason to celebrate for the MBA community during these Graduation ceremonies 2020-2021!

After a gap year due to the current sanitary situation, IUM finally celebrated not just one but two graduation ceremonies!

Management to launching her own business: the journey of Anastasiia, balancing entrepreneurship and leadership in luxury.

At IUM, students can apply their academic learning outside of their day-to-day learning environment in a real business context. The experiential learning approach characterizes the entire curriculum, emphasizing applications, real-world examples, and case studies. This approach offers students the opportunity to work on concrete, topical challenges given to them by companies and be actively involved with relevant company executives in strategic decision-making and recommendations, usually during business competitions, internships, team-based projects, study trips organized within the program.

The Monaco MBA cohort comprises a richness of cultural diversity; participants from across the globe come together for the shared purpose of learning, developing, and growing. The MBA is a wonderful opportunity to cultivate a diverse, widespread, dynamic set of long-standing relationships.

We see business schools, and MBA programs, in particular, as responsible for forging the kinds of leaders who will be at the cutting edge of creating a new kind of growth and inclusive prosperity: for individuals, corporations, the community, and the planet. One in which the Magic Triangle of Profit, Innovation, and Sustainability is not simply an idea, but a viable business model for our common future.
