Our Master of Science in Sustainability and Innovation Management aims to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of sustainable practices and innovative solutions to address global challenges.

An entire module has been designed to offer students the opportunity to explore topics related to sustainability and innovation with a scientific approach. During this module, named “Innovation for Sustainability“, students will delve deeply into the following themes:

  • Minimizing Tech Impacts with Sustainable IT

  • Transformation of Energy Production and Consumption

This module will be taught by professors from the Energy and Environment Department of ECE, one of France’s most prestigious engineering schools. ECE is distinguished by its commitment to innovative and forward-looking disciplines, providing students with a cutting-edge educational experience.

The Monaco Ocean Protection Challenge 2025, co-organized by IUM and leading Monegasque institutions, empowers students and young innovators to address ocean sustainability through entrepreneurial solutions. Hospitality Challenges – Sustainability and AI

IUM invited two pioneers in the luxury hospitality and sustainability industry to speak about Hospitality challenges. Hervé Houdré highlighted the urgent need for sustainability in hospitality, advocating for waste reduction and alignment with global goals. Stuart Greif emphasized AI’s role in enhancing guest experiences while preserving human connections. Both stressed the industry’s responsibility to balance innovation with sustainability, ensuring a lasting, positive impact.

  • A 3 or 4-year university degree
  • Proof of English proficiency

What level of English is required to enter that course?

IUM’s MSc in Sustainability & Innovation Management is taught entirely in English. One of the following scores is required in English in order to apply to this course: 

  • IELTS 6.0 (CEFR B2 level)
  • TOEFL: 79
  • Cambridge: CAE

Fees

Prices below are for information only and apply to the academic year 2024-25.

Full program tuition: 25,150€.

In addition, all students pay the annual Student Association Fee of 190€, and the IUM for Life Fee of 675€ that gives lifelong access to Alumni services.
