Our latest "Master" stories

From February 25th to March 1st, MSc in Sports Business Management students went to Switzerland.

We recently met with Ali Irfan, an MSc in Sports Business Management student from Pakistan/Canada. 

For the eighth time, the IUM team will compete with twenty other top schools in France and will research and analyze Amundi Asset Management, the leading European asset manager.

We recently met with Thomas Fladby, Bachelor’s alumnus from 2003. He currently works as part of the Responsible Investment team at Danske Bank Asset Management as Chief ESG Specialist.

We recently met with Perrine Rident, MSc in Sports Business Management alumna 2018.

She’s currently working as Event Coordinator at Paris 2024 Olympic Committee.

Before, she worked as Events Organiser at LONGINES GLOBAL CHAMPIONS TOUR for four years.

On DAY FOUR, the students woke up in Barcelona. They joined the Luxury Fashion and Accessories Management track students for a cultural visit, a winery visit and the Peralada Hotel Group visit. At night, they attended a networking cocktail at Hotel Alma.

From March 13th to March 17th, the students of the Master’s program in Luxury Management went to Spain to discover the Spanish Luxury world. The journey was different depending on what track the students are following.

Bridging the gap between ‘traditional’ teaching methodologies and the application of industry knowledge in the classroom not only enhances the curriculum but can help students understand the link between theory and practice and better prepare them for the future.

For the seventh time, the IUM team competed with twenty other top schools in France and has to research and analyze FNAC Darty, a multinational retail company.

Drawing on his 10+ years of expertise advising in luxury lifestyle purchases, Benjamin excels at building exceptional client relationships and is a master in the art of negotiation. This, coupled with his love of New York City, inspired him to join Douglas Elliman and raise the bar on the quality service he can offer his buyers and sellers.

We recently met with Mehdi Darlis, MSc in International Management Alumnus, currently working as Head of MATTE Films.

Dr.Jean-Philippe Muller, Directeur Général, and Dean of IUM signed the Commitment Charter of Monaco Capital of Advanced yachting

The International University of Monaco welcomes Mr. Braggiotti, Chairman of Monaco Asset Management, and Mr. Yann Delsoglio, Chief Operating Officer, to present Monaco Asset Management and to announce and sign a partnership agreement.

IUM warmly thanks its students involved in projects that help the community.

On May 19th, the Grand Finale of the 9th edition of the Mark Challenge took place in the majestic ballroom of the Monaco Yacht Club.

As part of their curriculum, the MSc in Sports Business Management students welcomed Martin Manecy, Senior Adviser at Formula E, to work on two case studies about the Formula E in Monaco.

4-days to discovering international companies, international jobs from Europe to Asia, Identifying job opportunities in Sports and Entertainment, Banking and finance, & in the Luxury industry in various locations.

For the sith time, the IUM team competed with twenty other top schools in France and has to research and analyze Elis SA., an international multi-service provider, offering textile, hygiene, and facility service solutions.
