Lecoeuvre Laurence, IUM Core FacultyLaurence joined the Academy after nearly 20 years professional within the industrial sector and automotive industry as an International Marketing Director (1984-2001). Within this industrial area, she developed international markets, new projects and managed intercultural teams and representatives worldwide.

She joined the faculty at SKEMA in 2001. During that time, she earned her PhD in Management at the Engineering School of Paris, France (Ecole Centrale de Paris) in 2005. And then a Habilitation to Direct Research in Management (HDR / Habilitation à Diriger des Recherches en Sciences de Gestion) at Lille University, France (ESA, Lille2) in March 2009.

From 2012 to  December 2015, she was Associate Dean in charge of the Doctoral programs and Head of the Department of Management of Projects and of Information Systems & Supply Chains (Lille Campus). She was also Director of the PhD/DBA Program in Project Management.

Until April 2017, she was Deputy Director of the Master in Management Program at SKEMA Business School, on Sophia Antipolis campus and also in charge on the School Exam Entrance.

Moreover Laurence was a Visiting Professor at Ecole Centrale Lille (Engineering School), where she teaches Project Management; Project Marketing; and Intercultural Management from 2006 to 2018. There she has also been associate Dean at the research laboratory LGI (Lille Industrial Engineering) at Ecole Centrale de Lille from 2005 to 2008.

Pr. Laurence LECOEUVRE’s research is dedicated to the links between project marketing and project management and also to the importance of governance. Her current research focuses on Service Dominant Logic (as an extension of project marketing) & exchange of values within Megaprojects; on agile PM and on uncertainty in projects.
