After the devastating effects of the earthquake in Haiti, the International University of Monaco teamed up to help Jim Beerley at the Monaco Christian Fellowship and Christophe Sosso, an IUM adjunct professor who were raising money for the victims.
IUM Registrar and Bursar David Cranman got the word out to the IUM community and the response has been overwhelming, with students, faculty and staff pouring into David’s office with donations. As usual there was any excuse for a party, so IUM faculty member Charlotte O’Leary organized a bake sale and with only 12 euro of ingredients cooked enough cakes and cookies to raise 678 euro worth of donations.
That’s the IUM spirit!!
