As his manager said « Hossam is a very good coach who has the ability to work with the ages from 5 to 16 years old. We work in an highly variable environment limited in term of resources. We need motivated people who can adapt to such a work environment. Hossam fits perfectly the position. He is very resourceful. We never see that he is limited either by the number or gender of participants, or the lack of equipment. He always modify his training session to best suit whoever is in front of him. Above all, he is able to convey a positive message to a lot of young leaders and coaches which is priceless. »

In addition Hossam is a co-founder and member of several community initiatives and NGOs.

« I really enjoy my two positions. I believe passion is the key to success and happiness. As Confucius said ‘Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life’. I really love working with children and like teaching my students at the university, as I believe they will lead the future of our country and our planet, and will deal with our children and communities so we have to prepare them to be better than us. »

In the future, Hossam would like to go further with his studies and hopes to do a PhD or change his career and join one of the international sports governing bodies.

We wish you all the best Hossam and the IUM Family is very proud of what you are doing in your country!
