The International University of Monaco is proud that Prof. Philipp Klaus’ 2015 working paper, “A Framework for Understanding and Managing the Customer Experience,” is the winner of the Marketing Science Institute’s (MSI) Top Download Award for 2016.
This annual award is given to the authors of the MSI working paper that was most downloaded in its first year of publication, demonstrating its strong interest and value to our diverse audience of academics and practitioners.
