For their teambuilding class session, IUM undergraduate students took advantage of wonderful weather conditions to experiment team cohesion, adaptability, and problem solving. For their first assignment, students needed to rapidly find solutions despite the fact that some team members were handicapped as some could not see, others could not talk, or others could use their hands or legs!
In the second assignment, students needed to race with members who could not see and others being tied at their ankles. The extra fun was for the “special team” who included students whose responsibility was to slow down other teams….
