IUM’s first exclusive executive education program for their alumni free of charge oversubscribed after 48 hours

Our alumni are the cornerstone of IUM’s worldwide success. Normally, though, we ask our alumni for their support. Dr. Annalisa Tarquini-Poli and Prof. Dr. Phil Klaus thought that now is the best time to support our alumni and give something back. Something that our alumni can value and that will assist them and their businesses to succeed in this challenging environment.
IUM is proud to present the first online executive education program for IUM alumni free of charge. Prof. Dr. Phil Klaus and Dr. Annalisa Tarquini-Poli, with the kind assistance of Mr. Christopher Brooks, CEO of Clientship UK, designed a four-week Customer Journey Mapping Masterclass exclusively available to IUM alumni, starting on April 29th, 2020.
The course, made available for the first 75 registered alumni, was oversubscribed after just 48 hours.
“We are overwhelmed by the positive response from our alumni. It appears that Dr. Tarquini-Poli’s and my initial thoughts of giving back to our alumni are very well received. Something, we are incredibly happy about,” says Dr. Phil Klaus.
Dr. Annalisa Tarquini-Poli shares these sentiments, mentioning that she “…received WhatsApp messages from alumni across the globe. They (the alumni) are most happy about the initiative.”
Mr. Brooks, CEO of Clientship UK, is very much looking forward to the sessions with the IUM Alumni, stating that he is “…delighted to be able to share the experience I have amassed helping companies across the world transform their customer experience fortunes. Customer experience is a forever strategy. To be able to provide ongoing learning, thanks to the International University of Monaco’s alumni program is a great initiative. One I am extremely excited to be invited to be a part of.”
