This week, the MBA and Master students are attending the 2nd part of their Career Seminar Week.
While the 1st part was more committed on discovering jobs and companies, the 2nd part of this career seminar is dedicated to personal branding strategy such as LinkedIn profile, networking strategies and e-branding/e-reputation.
For instance, the MSc in Sport Business Management students meet with Cedric Le Nest, Director of Sport Business Talent, an International Executive Search firm specialized in Sport Business, while the MSc in Luxury Management attend the workshop done by Manuela Breschi, Owner and Founder of Talent 05, Ltd. an International Executive Search & Consulting firm with expertise in recruiting talent and providing consulting services for many of the world’s leading fashion, retail, beauty, luxury goods, consumer products, design, advertising, hospitality, entertainment and media companies.
In the meantime, the MSc in Marketing students profit from the knowledge of Luca Signoretti, Founder of Global AdvantAge Marketing & Strategy Consulting. Luca has an extensive experience in marketing and worked for several international companies such as Sevendots, Danone, Heineken, Campari, Unilever to name a few.
On their side, the MBA students participate to interactive «self selling» workshops, business role-play games and simulations led by Caroline Frisenberg, MBA Coach and Managing Partner, Frisenberg J. & Associates Ltd.
By bringing Top Executives and HR Directors into the classroom to give our students individual and concrete feedback on their presentation, communication and leadership skills, I believe is one of the best tools we can give our students for their own personal and professional development said Caroline Frisenberg.
This intensive Career Seminar Week will end tomorrow with the Yearly Networking cocktail party which will gather the mentors and mentees of the year as well as other master students and local business professionals: a unique opportunity for the IUM students to expand their business network and to practice elevator speech techniques!
