By 2025, 76% of employees will be Millennials, hard to recruit and retain for 53% of business leaders, and not always easy to understand. How do these children of the Millennium, a real marketing target, perceive their MICE (Meetings, Incentives, Conventions and Exhibitions) stays now? Of the request of SKAL* Monaco, students of the International University of Monaco have focused on this issue.

No business trips without leisure! Hence the emergence of Bleisure, short for Business and Leisure and a wise mix of both. In this way travellers save money while enjoying a pleasant stay. Also called “bizcation”, the concept blends business, holidays, rest and relaxation.[… ]

Tu sum up, Bleisure has led the hotel industry to re-evaluate its business model and to adapt to Millennials’demand. The differientiation between “business” or “leisure” hotels is fading, slowly but surely.
