Within the bachelor program or within the Master Program, some courses are dedicated to make the students work on concrete projects proposed, followed and graded by companies.

Some Master projects: Optimization of e-commerce solutions for Faconnable, Strategic Marketing project for Lancome, Mystery Check Project for Ermenegildo Zegna, Real Estate Investment opportunities for institutionals; Financial Profile Assessment for an international Private Bank.

Some MBA corporate projects: identification of growth opportunities, M&A and alliances in Eastern Europe for a leading manufacturing company, implementation of a new business activity in Russia for an international cosmetics/healthcare company, identification of distribution channels in China for a sportwear European leader.
Companies are invited to come at IUM and present their activities and recruitment processes to our students throughout the year or during the yearly career days event in April.
Companies can also welcome some Master and MBA students in their Headquarters and make presentations for them during the fields trips organized in the year in the main European cities, in the UK, France, Italy and Switzerland.

The IUM mentorship program connects eligible MBA and Masters students with local and international business leaders who volunteer to share their knowledge and experience with program participants.
The mentors who are required to meet or to speak with their mentee four times a year, have leadership "C-Level" positions within companies, and most are currently CEO or chairman of multinational companies.

, Director of the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations, has worked as a recruiter for several years as Client Partner at Korn Ferry International, a worldwide leader in executive search and coaching services.
She graduated with a Master's Degree in Economy and Finance at Sciences-Po Paris, and with a Master of Work Psychology and Human Resources Engineering.
