The Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations (OCS)

The Career Services

The main mission of the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations is to enable students to clearly identify their career potential and aspirations, as well as to successfully assist them in finding suitable jobs or start their own business.

In order to answer students' specific needs, the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations has developed a set of services around 4 types of modules:

Personal Development Program

The sessions involve a personal self-assessment, based on Motivation and Interests Inventories, as well as on Personality Traits Inventories and Emotional Intelligence and Leadership Tests.
Our MBA students also use Quantic Potential Measurement (QPM), an individual assessment tool, followed by an individual debriefing with a certified coach.

Interactive Workshops

Workshops are scheduled throughout the academic year to assist students with all phases of "self-selling" strategy. The topics include: preparing a compelling résumé and cover letter, mastering interview techniques, mastering networking techniques, and improving communication skills.
Specific sessions are dedicated to job search strategies, the recruitment process, job identification and career patterns within specific industries, such as finance (wealth and asset management as well as investment banking), fast moving consumer goods industries, luxury goods companies and strategic consulting.
Workshops on job hunting in specific countries like Monaco, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Dubai, China etc. are also organized to bridge cultural idiosyncrasies and educate on country specific needs.

Corporate Relationships

The OCS maintains and develops contacts with large corporations as well as with fast growing smaller companies with worldwide ambitions, in order to assist them in their search for managerial talents.
It receives job and internship offers on a daily basis from various industries and countries and carefully matches positions with current students and alumni.
