The MonacoMBA is aimed at applicants with at least 3 years of professional experience, seeking to provide them with the skills and knowledge to succeed
as global leaders in an increasingly fast-paced business environment.
Program participants come from all over the world: the MonacoMBA counts 17 nationalities within its student body, from Africa, Asia, the Americas,
Europe, and the Middle East. The professional and educational mix is also varied: graduates have included representatives of the legal and medical
professions, the fine arts, literary fields, the communications sector, engineering, and psychology - as well as those from the business world. This
multi-layered diversity enhances students' personal development and career prospects.
Thorough preparation is the key to successfully completing the MonacoMBA. Students are expected to make a significant learning effort during scheduled
course times and should expect to spend approximately 30-40 hours per week outside class for study, class projects, reading, and preparation.
Although the program is taught entirely in English, students may also take free classes in French or other languages.
Students who successfully complete the MonacoMBA will be able to:
Demonstrate an understanding of the complex interaction between business functions, cultural factors, and the art of management in the modern global
enterprise.
Explain ways in which the theoretical and practical aspects of management interact in developing novel solutions to problems.
Discuss and analyze management theories, principles, and practice - providing multiple viewpoints and assigning weight to various arguments.
Critically evaluate any given firm by identifying general and specific weaknesses, strengths, and challenges.
Display the skills necessary to manage successfully.
Illustrate the importance of an ethical approach to business and differences of all kinds.
