Contact with Recruiters and Professionals

The IUM Office of Career Services maintains and develops contacts with large corporations as well as with fast growing smaller companies with worldwide ambitions, in order to assist them in their search for managerial talents.

It receives job and internship offers on a daily basis from various industries and countries and carefully matches positions with current students and alumni.

The academic program for undergraduate students includes a 3 month white collar business internship. The internship helps students confirm their professional orientation and transform their personal skills and academic knowledge into the professional and transferable skills as requested by potential employers.

On a case by case basis, the Office of Career Services is also developing "alternate modules" whereby students spend two days per week working in a corporation.

All the internship offers are directly sent to the OCS department who meet with all the interested students before sending their applications to specific companies.

Each year, the Office of Career Development also publishes a Profile Book which contains students' résumés and is made available to recruiters and job placement officers as well as being published on the internet:
- MBA Profile Book
- Master's in Finance Profile Book
- Master's in International Business and Global Affairs Profile Book
- Master in Luxury Goods and Services Profile Book

Throughout the academic year, students enjoy numerous opportunities to meet with professionals from various industry sectors: guest speakers, professional lecturers and recruiters are invited to speak about the specific issues of their industry or about their recruitment process.
