The Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations
The main mission of the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations is to enable students to clearly identify their career potential and aspirations, as well as to successfully assist them in finding suitable jobs or start their own business.
At IUM, placement is a highly individualized process. Given the wide variety of students' backgrounds and professional objectives as well as our commitment to follow their personal growth while attending IUM, the OCD tailors its resources and expertise to answer the students' specific developmental needs and assist them in fulfilling their professional goals. Their success is our success.

Sophie de Lorenzo, Director of the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations, has worked as a recruiter for several years as Client Partner at Korn Ferry International, a worldwide leader in executive search and coaching services. She graduated with a Master's Degree in Economy and Finance at Sciences-Po Paris, and with a Master of Work Psychology and Human Resources Engineering. |

Annalisa Tarquini, Deputy Director of the Office Career Services & Corporate Relations has extensive experience in HR, both within HR consulting companies as business developer and head-hunter, and in the HR department of Fendi, part of the LVMH Group, as European recruitment manager. |
In order to answer students' specific needs, the Office of Career Services & Corporate Relations has developed a set of services around 3 types of modules:
Personal Development Program, designed to identify, to enhance and to develop students' potential;
Interactive Workshops designed to build students' own personal marketing strategy and approach to job searching;
Corporate Relationships dedicated to developing connections with the professional world, stimulating networking opportunities and job offers.
